Seasoned fresh white fish, a dash of lemon and lots of seedless grapes combine to make a delectable and healthy GERD diet friendly entree. Low-sodium chicken broth and low-fat milk reduce the fat content for this recipe, yet still give the sauce a rich creamy taste. Choose one of the fish types listed below, and use the freshest one available at your market. I like to serve this fish dish on a bed of sautéed spinach, because it is so very healthy…and tasty too!
