This is a smooth and luscious, yet very healthy dessert. We use strawberries in this creamy delight, but you can substitute raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, pineapple chunks, or even bananas. All of these fruits have an abundance of health benefits and are GERD diet friendly, so you can use whatever you have on hand for convenience. We also recommend that you use “local” honey for good health, because it contains pollen from your local area, which helps to strengthen and build up your immunities. This is an after dinner treat recipe that’s easy to make and sure to become one of your family favorites!
