A fruit salad is a nice and healthy way to start your day. This recipe is made with GERD-friendly fruits including kiwi, which adds a tropical flair to the dish. Kiwifruits are rich in fiber and contain as much vitamin C as an orange, a citrus fruit most people with acid reflux avoid. When selecting kiwifruits, make sure they yield gently to pressure and avoid those that are very soft or bruised. The slicing and peeling for this mixture will take a little effort, but it will last at least a few days in the refrigerator, so give it a try!
