This healthy mousse will safely and surely satisfy your sweet tooth! It is a perfect light dessert recipe, and it’s quick and easy to prepare in your blender. We recommend using ripe bananas and Medjool dates, which are non-acidic fruits that are easy on the stomach and GERD friendly! If you have never tried dates, they are a real treat and one of my favorite natural sweeteners. Like bananas, dates contain lots of vitamins and minerals that promote good health. We use raw sugar in this recipe, but you may prefer a sugar substitute. Enjoy!
