Makes two 6 oz. servings
2 TBSP Wheatgerm
1 large ripe banana
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 TBSP flax seeds
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup water*
- Place the wheatgerm, 2/3 of the banana, yogurt and flax seeds in a blender or food processor.
- Blend until smooth and stir well.
- Add the apple juice to the mixture and blend again.
- Pour into a large glass and top with water and remaining banana slices.
